1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dance Studio Growth Experts (DSGE, a brand of justedo inc.) website, platform and services (“Services”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to these Terms, please refrain from creating a platform account or using our platform or services.

3. Services Description

We provide automated marketing and CRM solutions. Our services include lead generation, automated follow-ups, messaging, mobile app access, automated review generation, CRM, and pipeline management.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Services run on Kanamé, the customer relationship management platform DSGE clients use, which is built on third-party technology. By using our Services, you also agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those technology providers. Some features may use other third-party services. justedo inc. is not responsible for the usability or accessibility of these third-party services.

5. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. The 14 days start on the day we hand your working system over to you, not the day you sign up, and your first plan payment is taken the day after they end. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged for the plan. The one-time setup fee is paid when you sign up, before any setup work begins, and is not part of the trial.

Monthly plans are billed month to month, and you can cancel at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.

Yearly plans are paid in advance for the year and are not refunded if you cancel before the year ends. You keep full access to your plan until the end of the year you paid for. We will remind you by email at least 30 days before a yearly plan renews.

We may change our prices. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for: it applies from your next billing period or renewal, and we will tell you before it does.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services without prior notice or liability for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall justedo inc. (or its operating brands DSGE, Sadie. and Sajin) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
