Questions studio owners ask
How much does Studio OS cost?
Core is $97 CAD a month, Essentials is $197 and Complete is $397, plus a one-time setup fee that we go through on the call. Pay for the year and you get two months free: $970, $1,970 or $3,970.
Does the price go up as my studio grows?
No. You pay one flat monthly price for your studio, whether you have 50 students or 500. Many studio management platforms charge more as your student count grows; this doesn’t.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on every plan, Complete included: 14 days, and they start the day we hand your system over, set up and working, so you see it running in your studio before your first monthly payment. The one-time setup fee is paid when you sign up and isn’t part of the trial.
Is there a contract?
No. You can pay month to month and cancel any time. If you’d rather pay for the year, you get two months free. Yearly plans aren’t refunded, but you keep everything until your year is up, and we’ll remind you a month before it renews.
Can you build our website?
Yes, on any plan. A website build is its own project with its own price, which we quote on the call once we’ve seen what you need. On Complete, hosting is included once we’ve built it, so the separate hosting bill goes away.
Which plan should I start on?
The one that fixes what’s costing you most right now. If it’s missed calls, start with Core. If you want calls and messages answered, Essentials. If it’s registration and tuition, Complete. They’re all the same platform, so you can move up whenever you’re ready, and we’ll help you pick on the call.
